The EBA-LA was formed in 1955 as the Western Pension & Benefits Conference Los Angeles Chapter and has been serving the needs
of the Pension & Benefits Industry throughout Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties ever since. The purpose is
to educate, promote information, foster sound principals of benefit plan governance within the industry.EBA-LA's Mission
The Association’s mission is to provide pension and benefits professionals with educational and career development opportunities and an interactive forum for the exchange of ideas. The purpose of the association includes:
- The dissemination of Pension & Benefits information.
- Solving problems involving Pension and Benefits.
- Encouraging and supporting appropriate legislation.
- Providing the membership with a facility for education and contacts within the Pension & Benefits community.
